Is there a fee to participate?
Not yet. Participation in the inaugural Breakthrough Labs incubator programme is free. This won't last, so apply now!
Where does Breakthrough Labs operate? Do I have to be based in Oxford?
No. Most of our workshops are conducted online; you only have to make your way to Oxford a handful of times over the course of the programme.
I'm a man. Can I join?
We are a network and "safe space" for women. If you have a female co-founder, your start-up can join but your co-founder will need to attend all events.
What is the time commitment?
We aren't adding extra time to your already busy schedule. We aim to help you accomplish tasks you would need to do anyway, whilst saving you time searching for and securing meetings with potential investors.
I'm not sure I need investment. Can I join?
Yes. Our incubator is about much more than pitching for investment, and the pitching skills you learn will help in other areas of your business.
My product isn't tech. Can I still join?
We are limiting this first cohort to technology companies, but this may not always be the case. If your product can't be classed as tech, please do register and we will be in touch for cohorts!
